And again, after too many months. The site is back up on a new server, along with the chat, which can be accessed at irc.rappidfire.net

Once again we have updated and have a new server access ip, 82.211.16.230
We will work on re-establishing fill chat connection with java and our main chat domain soon. But for now please bare with us.
Fell free to join us with mIRC with the ip provided.

 mIRC reaches 150 million downloads milestone!!!Yeah, that's pretty impressive, it has come along way sense it's first
release only some odd 12 years ago, and still going strong. A crazy amount of 40 or 50 thousand downloads per day
from the mIRC website, they managed to figure out that it has been downloaded
over 150 million times, which does not include download numbers off of sites
from around the world that also host the download link to the mIRC program its
self (such as rappidfire)
mIRC is also the main program used for accessing Rappidfire's IrC Chat, and
that being the case, we have, and will always have the latest version available
for download in our downloads page.

In a effort to make us look more like a real web site, as well as my own ever
growing boredom, I have started working and done progressed on our Downloads and
FAQ areas.
The Downloads section now has a couple downloads to check out and we insist you, our users add to
it, and share what you have, songs, freeware, even a file or 2. All Downloads
are subject to review and approval.
I have also taken the liberty to heavily update our FAQ which has needed it for sometime now. More help and information will be
added in addition to what's currently on there. For the most basic help and
information our FAQ is the best place to go, the forum's help section coming in
a close 2nd.
Enjoy these and keep a eye out for more new updates. ;D

Hey everyone Just to check in on the home front here, I've been working slowly on the forums to try and make them more user friendly, and appealing to everyone, in the hopes we start geting more forum posters here(aswell as chat users). Every now and then I make small edit's to them to better the over all condition of the forums, and I do believe there coming along. :D
Have a idea that might help us along as well? post it in our suggestion section, we would love to hear any thoughts or ideas you all have on the chat or forum.
So what are you wating for? Check them out for your self, all threads are pubicly accessable, except for our pics forum, which is members only, hehe. =p

Welcome All.
Access to the Chat server is avaliable to everyone, and anyone. But
just to minimize confusion. I will give a few details of how it all
works:
Access to our Chat rooms is accessable by either the link @ the top of your page, or in the navigation menu to your left.
Once you move over to that page, you will be confronted with:
- A Welcome
- A quick link to our main chat room where most people hang out
- And an Entry Details part
The last Entry Details is explained as follows:
- Nickname: This will be disabeled/readonly if you are
logged in as a member, to avoid changing your nick. If you are a guest,
you can change it to anything you like (with in respect of course)
- Password: This field under the "Nickname" is for those of
you who have registered your nickname on our IRC Server. enter your
password to identify yourself.
- Channel: Basically the room you wish to join.
- ChanPass: This field: is used only to those who enter
their own channel name in the field above. The password here is to
identify your nick as the owner to the room so you may get OP's upon
entry.
